Iceland Travelog – Entry 3
At last, this is the last batch of photos from my fantastic trip to Iceland (see the first and second posts). There’s not much more to say about this incredible place. I truly hope to return one day and keep exploring. For now, I’ll stare longingly at these images and try to remember how beautiful it was.
The first three images here were made within an hour on our drive down Route 1 in Southern Iceland. It was really crazy how quickly the weather and landscape changed.

I realize this next photo is nothing special, but Seljalandsfoss was one of my favorite stops in Iceland. We were actually able to walk behind this waterfall (I didn’t take my camera, fearing water damage), and that was definitely one of the coolest things we did.

On our last full day in Iceland, we explored the northwest peninsula, which is a dreamy landscape of snowy mountains and quiet coastlines.

We knew we wouldn’t be totally satisfied with our trip unless we had the chance to say hi to some beautiful Icelandic horses. Thankfully we found some on our last day, and dang were they cute.

That’s all, folks. Thanks for following along my little travelog. I’m always happy to talk more about Iceland and travel, so feel free to reach out!
